I have purchased Sky Glue before, but the caps on the bottles were different colors. Why is that?

We allow our wholesale clients to customize the color of their Sky Glue caps if their volume is large enough.

Why do you only sell 5ml bottles? I have seen others sell 10ml bottles.

10ml bottles are currently only sold to our wholesale clients. Because the shelf life of Sky Glue is 5-7 weeks after the bottle has been opened, we believe that it's best practice to sell smaller bottles in order to provide the most consistent products to our customers.

We will consider selling 10ml bottles directly to the public if there is a demand for it. Please let us know!

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship within the US and Canada. International shipping may be introduced in the near future so sign up to our newsletter to receive updates!

How much does shipping cost and how long will delivery take?

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We will dispatch all orders within 1 business day of them being placed. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us us as soon as possible so we can stop it being shipped out.

If your order has already been shipped then you will need to send the product to our return address after it has been delivered. See more info in the Returns section on this page.


What currency do you bill in?

All transaction are billed in USD.

How can I pay?

We use Stripe and PayPal to process all payments which means that you can pay using any of the following methods:

Do you store any of my payment details?

Absolutely not! We use secure checkouts with Shopify and PayPal so we never store any of your payment details.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.


My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Can I return my item?

Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns if you have not opened the packaging. If this is the case, please message us at and we will send you further details on how to return your glue.

If you have opened the product, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it as a return. If there are any issues then please reach out to us and we will do our best to accomodate or assist you.
